Google is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) EHS Program Manager to lead safety and sustainability initiatives in Texas. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on program management in Environmental Health and Safety operations. The role is part of Google's Technical Infrastructure team, which is fundamental to maintaining Google's vast network of services and data centers. The role offers competitive compensation, including a base salary range of $117,000-$172,000, plus bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits.

- Possess a proficient understanding of the EHS domain and regulatory landscape
Requirements For Compliance Security and Risk Management EHS Program Manager (English, Spanish)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 2 years of experience in program or project management
- Experience with Environmental Health and Safety program management
- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently
- Experience communicating with AHJ's for notifications and permit conformance
- Data Centers or electrical safety experience
