Google is seeking a Crisis and Resilience Regional Manager for their Data Centers division to lead their risk and resiliency governance program. This role is crucial in ensuring business continuity under adverse conditions and managing potential exposures across Google's sophisticated data center operations. The position offers a competitive salary range of $139,000-$207,000 plus bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits.

The ideal candidate will bring 5 years of program/project management experience, with a strong background in crisis management and business continuity. They will be responsible for coordinating crisis responses, developing and improving crisis management programs, and delivering training across site, regional, and global levels.

Working within the Risk Insights Governance and Operational Resilience team, you'll collaborate with diverse, upbeat professionals committed to maintaining some of the world's most sophisticated electrical and HVAC systems. The role requires strong analytical and decision-making skills, the ability to work well under pressure, and excellent stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities For Crisis and Resilience Regional Manager, Data Centers

  • Oversee and coordinate responses to crises, minimizing business disruption and acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders in your region and globally
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve the crisis management program at site, regional, and global levels, staying ahead of emerging threats
  • Drive crisis management governance and ensure seamless coordination with all business partners
  • Assess program risks, priorities, and dependencies, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring effective execution
  • Develop and deliver crisis management training and exercises, including integrated exercises that support broader organizational initiatives

Requirements For Crisis and Resilience Regional Manager, Data Centers

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 5 years of experience in program or project management
  • Experience in setting up a (enterprise) crisis management capability, leading crisis response and delivering crisis management training
  • Experience in crisis/incident management, resilience, business continuity, or security
