Google is seeking a Crisis and Resilience Regional Manager for their Data Centers division to lead and coordinate crisis response efforts across multiple regions. This role is part of the Risk Insights Governance and Operational Resilience team, which maintains excellence in risk and resiliency governance for Google's data centers (GDC/GSO).

The position requires a skilled professional with 5 years of experience in program management and crisis response. You'll be responsible for overseeing crisis responses, developing and improving crisis management programs, and ensuring business continuity during adverse conditions. Responsibilities For Crisis and Resilience Regional Manager, Data Centers

  • Oversee and coordinate responses to crises, minimizing business disruption and acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders in your region and globally
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve the crisis management program at site, regional, and global levels, staying ahead of emerging threats
  • Drive crisis management governance and ensure seamless coordination with all business partners
  • Assess program risks, priorities, and dependencies, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring effective execution
  • Develop and deliver crisis management training and exercises, including integrated exercises that support broader organizational initiatives

Requirements For Crisis and Resilience Regional Manager, Data Centers

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 5 years of experience in program or project management
  • Experience in setting up a (enterprise) crisis management capability, leading crisis response and delivering crisis management training
