The role requires strong technical leadership in semiconductor manufacturing processes and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and executives.
The ideal candidate brings at least 5 years of program management experience, with deep knowledge in semiconductor process engineering and yield optimization. They should have a bachelor's degree in a technical field, though an advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Material Engineering is preferred. Experience with SoC and Power Management Integrated Circuit (PMIC) productization is highly valuable.
