Responsibilities For Customer Engineer, AI Infrastructure/HPC, Google Cloud (Japanese)

  • Work with the team to identify and qualify business opportunities, understand key customer technical objections and develop the strategy to resolve technical blockers
  • Share AI infrastructure expertise to support the technical relationship with customers, including technology advocacy, supporting bid responses, product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work
  • Work directly with Google Cloud product teams to demonstrate and prototype integrations in customer and partner environments
  • Recommend integration strategies, platforms, and application infrastructure to implement a complete solution on Google Cloud

Requirements For Customer Engineer, AI Infrastructure/HPC, Google Cloud (Japanese)

Kubernetes
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 6 years of IT industry experience creating infrastructure environments for AI workloads
  • Experience working and architecting a GPU, TPU, or HPC clusters
  • Experience with orchestration tools (e.g., Slurm) and distributed file systems (e.g., Lustre used for AI workloads)
  • Experience with frameworks for deep learning (e.g., PyTorch, Tensorflow, Jax, Ray, etc.)
  • Ability to communicate in Japanese fluently to communicate with local customers
  • Knowledge of Kubernetes, Containers, and Cloud Native ecosystem (preferred)
  • Ability to communicate in English fluently to collaborate with internal stakeholders (preferred)
