Responsibilities For Customer Engineer, Data Management, Google Cloud

  • Work with the team to identify and qualify business opportunities, understand key customer technical objections, and develop the strategy to resolve technical blockers
  • Share storage and database knowledge to support technical relationship with customers
  • Work with Google Cloud products to demonstrate and prototype integrations in customer environments
  • Recommend integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms, and application infrastructure
  • Travel to customer sites, conferences, and other related events as needed

Requirements For Customer Engineer, Data Management, Google Cloud

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 6 years of experience with cloud native architecture, including database administration and solutions, in a customer-facing or support role
  • Experience architecting solutions for data transformation, migration, governance strategies, high availability, or disaster recovery
  • Experience working with Databases, Web Technologies, Machine Learning, AI, or Cloud Foundations
  • Ability to communicate fluently in Portuguese and English
