Customer Engineer, Google Cloud Security (English, Mandarin Chinese)

Google Cloud is seeking a Customer Engineer specializing in Cloud Security who is fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese. This role combines technical expertise in cybersecurity with customer-facing responsibilities, making it perfect for someone who excels in both technical and communication aspects.

As a Customer Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of helping organizations transform their security infrastructure using Google Cloud solutions. You'll work closely with technical sales teams as a cybersecurity subject matter expert, helping customers understand and implement Google Cloud's security solutions. Your role involves developing creative cloud solutions, conducting proofs of concept, and resolving technical challenges related to cybersecurity.

The ideal candidate brings 10 years of experience in cloud native architecture and deep knowledge of cybersecurity, including security operations, SIEM, SOAR, threat detection, and cloud security posture management. You'll need to be comfortable presenting to customers, conducting workshops, and traveling as needed to support customer engagements.
