Responsibilities For Customer Engineer III, High Performance Computing, BioTech, Cloud

  • Work with the team to identify and qualify business opportunities, understand key customer technical objections, and develop the strategy to resolve technical blockers
  • Recommend and document migration paths, integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms, and application infrastructure required to successfully implement a complete solution on Google Cloud
  • Assist Infrastructure Solutions Management teams, contributing to solution and use case assets
  • Lead workshops for strategic customers to assess existing application/infrastructure environments and organizational readiness
  • Develop architectural blueprints to enable infrastructure, high performance computing, and mainframe migration opportunities, coordinating with Product and Specialist teams
