The position offers a competitive salary range of $142,000-$214,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits.

As a Customer Engineer, you'll work at the intersection of technical sales and customer success, helping organizations understand and implement Google Cloud solutions. You'll be responsible for technical relationship building, solution architecture, and helping customers modernize their infrastructure. The role involves working with enterprise customers to assess their existing environments and create modernization roadmaps.

  • Work with the team to identify and qualify business opportunities, understand key customer technical objections, and develop the strategy to resolve technical blockers
  • Share in-depth enterprise infrastructure modernization expertise to support the technical relationship with customers
  • Work directly with Google Cloud products to demonstrate and prototype integrations in customer and partner environments
  • Guide customers through assessments of existing legacy application environments
  • Recommend integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms, and application infrastructure
