Responsibilities For Customer Engineer, Workspace, Google Cloud

  • Work on identifying and qualifying business opportunities, key customer technical objections, and developing strategy to resolve technical blockers
  • Share Google Workspace expertise to support the technical relationship with Google's customers and partners
  • Work with customers and partners to demonstrate and prototype Google Cloud product integrations
  • Recommend integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms, and application infrastructure
  • Educate partners on the power of Google Workspace and enable them to drive technical innovation

Requirements For Customer Engineer, Workspace, Google Cloud

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 6 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role
  • Experience in technical cloud ecosystems on enterprise productivity solutions and with related solutions (e.g., Messaging, Productivity applications, Identity Management, and Endpoint Management)
  • Experience in working as a technical sales engineer in a cloud computing environment or equivalent experience in a customer or partner-facing role
  • Understanding of productivity technologies and how they can integrate with AI, Internet of Things, and Audio/Visual systems
  • Ability to clearly articulate and present Google Workspace value to executive audiences
  • Ability to communicate fluently to foster and develop key relationships with customers and partners
