Google is seeking a Data Center Electrical Engineer to join their Technical Infrastructure team. Responsibilities For Data Center Electrical Engineer

  • Work across teams to define and develop data center operational processes, and validate conceptual design and programming requirements from problems
  • Lead the validation of new designs, materials, and construction methods of data center equipment and facilities at the project level
  • Produce defined analysis that ensures designs or installations satisfy requirements
  • Deliver components within multi-system projects, from project inception to final commissioning
  • Define and develop operating and maintenance procedures for systems owned in conjunction with data center operations

Requirements For Data Center Electrical Engineer

Linux
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 3 years of experience in mission critical facility design and construction environments
  • Experience in mission critical facilities and their electrical infrastructure
