The position involves managing teams of Data Center Technicians responsible for server hardware installation, configuration, and maintenance.
The role is crucial in overseeing critical data center initiatives, from data security to machine maintenance and networking. You'll be responsible for identifying trends through data analytics and driving necessary changes in tools, processes, and procedures. As the point of contact for escalations, you'll work closely with Program Managers and Data Center Operations teams to shape both short-term and long-term strategies.
