The Hardware Operations team is responsible for monitoring Google's state-of-the-art physical infrastructure. As a manager, you'll oversee server hardware and components installation, lead complex troubleshooting, and manage the configuration of advanced components like networks, routers, and switches.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a technical field (or equivalent experience), 5 years of experience in computing infrastructure, and 2 years of experience managing technical teams. Experience in data center environments, ability to drive safety culture, and excellent problem-solving skills are preferred.
