Data Center Server Operations Manager

Google's Hardware Operations team seeks a Data Center Server Operations Manager to lead their technical infrastructure operations. This role combines technical expertise with leadership, overseeing a team of Data Center Technicians responsible for maintaining Google's powerful search technology infrastructure.

The position requires strong technical background in computing infrastructure, networking, and operating systems, combined with proven leadership experience. You'll manage the installation, configuration, and maintenance of server hardware and software, including Google's Linux cluster and networking components.

As a manager, you'll be responsible for team development, project management, and ensuring operational excellence. The position offers competitive compensation ($99,000-$145,000) plus bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits.
