  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, Physics, Economics, or related quantitative field
  • 10 years of work experience using analytics (or 8 years with Master's degree)
  • 3 years of experience as a people manager within a technical leadership role
  • Experience with Python, R, SQL
  • English proficiency
