Responsibilities For Developer Advocate, Google Workspace

  • Develop and execute strategies to cultivate a thriving community of Workspace developers. Organize and manage developer programs, events, workshops, and hackathons to drive community interaction and growth
  • Create and maintain high-quality developer resources, including documentation, tutorials, sample code, and best practices. Deliver technical guidance and support to developers, addressing their inquiries and challenges
  • Stay at the forefront of AI advancements and explore innovative use cases within the Workspace context. Empower developers to build AI-powered solutions on the Workspace platform, promoting responsible AI development and data usage
  • Collaborate with partners to drive adoption, co-create solutions, and showcase the value of the Workspace platform. Gather and analyze community feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance the developer experience

Requirements For Developer Advocate, Google Workspace

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a similar technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 5 years of work experience in a technical role (e.g., software engineering, solutions consultant, etc.) or equivalent technical experience
  • Experience in creating and delivering technical presentations, workshops, and training sessions
