Description For Developer Experience Strategist

Google's Trust & Safety team is seeking a Developer Experience Strategist to enhance developer experience across Play, Android, and Chrome Web store. This role involves working cross-functionally to gather and synthesize developer insights, drive projects to optimize policy experiences, and create processes to distill insights from escalations and support channels. The ideal candidate will have a background in data analytics, Trust and Safety, policy, or cybersecurity, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a highly cross-functional team environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Collaborating with various teams to improve developer experience
  2. Developing processes to systematically analyze insights from escalations and support channels
  3. Creating and managing developer feedback and listening forums

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, 7 years of experience in relevant fields, and experience driving projects with multiple stakeholders. Preferred qualifications include 5 years of data analysis experience, Trust and Safety background, and proficiency in working in cross-functional teams.
