- Manage an organization of Customer Engineers to meet quarterly and annual business growth goals for Brazil
- Recruit talent and coach the team with a focus on providing actionable feedback
- Create and drive innovative programs focused on achieving growth at scale
- Work at an executive level with customers/prospects and participate in key agreements
- Contribute to the development of overall account strategy across a region or multiple business areas
- Identify, own, and lead teams through complex, multi-dimensional pieces of work across several products, client areas, or markets
- Oversee the integration of business strategies, spanning regions and multiple stakeholders
- Engage in community contributions to improve and sustain Google's culture and operations

- 20 years of experience in a pre-sales engineering capacity with experience working for a cloud company
