Description For Display Technical Program Manager

Google's Raxium display group is at the forefront of revolutionary semiconductor materials display technology, specifically developing monolithic RGB microdisplay technology for augmented reality (AR) applications. As a Technical Program Manager at Raxium, you'll be integral to bringing this cutting-edge semiconductor technology to market. The role involves coordinating complex cross-functional activities and reporting to the Senior Director level across all functional areas including semiconductor development, manufacturing, process integration, quality engineering, test and reliability, fab operations, and supply chain management.

The position offers a unique opportunity to work with a state-of-the-art compound semiconductor fab in Silicon Valley, combining the innovative spirit of a startup with Google's resources and reach. You'll be responsible for managing critical aspects of the manufacturing qualification and scaling process, working with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate effectively with cross-functional partners.

The role requires a strong technical background combined with excellent program management skills. You'll need to be equally comfortable discussing technical tradeoffs with engineers and presenting analyses to executives. The position offers competitive compensation including base salary, bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits, reflecting Google's commitment to attracting top talent in the semiconductor and display technology space.

This is an opportunity to be part of a team that's working to disrupt next-generation display markets and create closer, more natural linkages between digital and physical realms.
