Description For Electro-Mechanical Service Engineer

Responsibilities For Electro-Mechanical Service Engineer

  • Assemble, test, and troubleshoot robot systems with mechanical, electrical and pneumatic components
  • Diagnose issues identified by our monitoring software and execute equipment maintenance
  • Maintain and organize work environment, from documentation to tools and communication channels, enable responses to issues and efficient information retrieval
  • Conduct routine audits of systems to discover vulnerabilities or areas for improvement to prevent issues from escalating and disrupting operations
  • Gather feedback on system performance for future product improvements. Inform users of upcoming changes or improvements, and encourage feedback loop

Requirements For Electro-Mechanical Service Engineer

Linux
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
  • 5 years of experience as an Electro-Mechanical Service Engineer with hardware development, engineering tests, equipment assembly, maintenance, inventory, and equipment operation
  • 5 years of experience with Mechanical/Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning (HVAC) in an industrial or commercial environment
  • 5 years of experience with test methodologies, planning, execution, and reporting (preferred)
  • Experience with HVAC Pro installations (preferred)
  • Ability to be detail-oriented and organized (preferred)
