The position offers a competitive base salary range of $99,000-$145,000, plus additional benefits including bonus and equity.

The role focuses on developing and implementing safety solutions for AI products, combining data analysis with machine learning techniques to combat harmful content and maintain product integrity. You'll be working with a team dedicated to identifying and addressing safety challenges in Google's AI systems.

Requirements For Engineering Analyst, AI Safety

Python
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 1 year of experience in data analysis, including identifying trends, generating summary statistics, and drawing insights from quantitative and qualitative data
  • 1 year of experience managing projects and defining project scope, goals, and deliverables
  • Experience with one or more of the following languages: SQL, R, Python, or C++
  • Experience with machine learning systems
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
