Responsibilities For Engineering Manager, Android GPU Driver Quality

  • Lead a team focused on improving the quality of Graphics Processing Unit (GPU) drivers shipped in the Android ecosystem
  • Work with game and high performance app developers to find driver regressions and then transform them into actionable and enforceable certification
  • Develop a driver quality metric that will be used to drive and measure ecosystem impact

Requirements For Engineering Manager, Android GPU Driver Quality

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript)
  • 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role
  • 2 years of experience in people management/team leadership role
  • Experience in Android and Graphics
  • Experience in game development (preferred)
  • Experience with Graphics Processing Unit (GPU) Driver creation, testing, or debugging (preferred)
