Responsibilities For Engineering Manager, Easy SaaS, Google Cloud
- Build, Develop and Manage a team of Software Engineers, make direct technical contributions, and provide guidance to team members
- Guide the team through engaged priorities and balance short-term needs versus long-term strategic goals
- Establish and maintain high technical standards, ensuring code quality, reliability, and performance
- Empower and grow the team's leadership and technical impact with teamwork, cross-functional collaboration, and technical excellence
- Set the technical direction and plan deliverables and milestones
- Drive execution, meet deadlines, and communicate status
- Participate in engineering engagement with internal teams across sites and external partners
Requirements For Engineering Manager, Easy SaaS, Google Cloud
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript)
- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role
- 2 years of experience in people management/team leadership role
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field (preferred)
- Experience working in a matrixed organization (preferred)
