Responsibilities For Epitaxy Equipment Maintenance Engineer, MicroLED Display, Augmented Reality

  • Lead the maintenance and troubleshooting of Metalorganic Chemical Vapor Deposition (MOCVD) epitaxial growth reactors to ensure optimal uptime and performance
  • Perform routine maintenance, calibrations, and repairs on MOCVD equipment
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues, utilizing schematics, diagnostics, and vendor support
  • Collaborate with process engineers to optimize maintenance schedules and procedures
  • Lead and mentor a team of technicians in equipment maintenance practices

Requirements For Epitaxy Equipment Maintenance Engineer, MicroLED Display, Augmented Reality

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 5 years of experience maintaining and troubleshooting MOCVD epitaxial growth reactors
  • Experience with vacuum systems, gas delivery systems, and RF power systems
