Responsibilities For Failure Analysis Engineer

  • Recommend and execute appropriate failure analysis techniques, generating insightful data that guides the team towards process and device optimization
  • Work closely with failure analysis engineers and process engineers and actively participating in troubleshooting efforts
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance troubleshooting solutions within your area of responsibility
  • Contribute to the maintenance and optimization of failure analysis tools and providing training to colleagues
  • Assist in the development of novel failure analysis techniques

Requirements For Failure Analysis Engineer

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 5 years of experience with semiconductor wafer processing and failure analysis
  • Experience with various types of failure analysis techniques, including SEM imaging, FIB/SEM, and FIB sample preparation
  • Experience with setting up and operating test equipment
