Google Cloud Platform is seeking a Field Sales Manager II to lead a team of Field Sales Representatives in the Corporate segment. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on sales expertise, requiring 10 years of experience in cloud or software sales. The position, based in Bogotá, Colombia, involves managing and developing a high-performing sales team while building crucial executive relationships across the LATAM region.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, leading account strategies, and working collaboratively with Customer Engineers and Google Partners. They will need to demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, and the ability to influence long-term strategic directions with customers.

Responsibilities For Field Sales Manager II, Corporate, Google Cloud

  • Lead a team of high performing FSRs and build an inclusive and growth culture
  • Build executive relationships with customers and influence long-term strategic direction
  • Lead account strategy in generating and developing business growth opportunities
  • Represent territory in business planning, town halls, and team meetings
  • Travel to, and present at, customer meetings, conferences, and other related events

Requirements For Field Sales Manager II, Corporate, Google Cloud

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 10 years of experience with quota-carrying cloud or software sales, or account management at a B2B software company
  • Experience working with corporate sales accounts, across LATAM region to generate new business
  • Leadership experience, such as people management, team lead, mentorship, or coaching
  • Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently
