This role involves managing a team of Field Sales Representatives who sell to new and existing accounts in the Startup ecosystem. The position requires a seasoned professional with 10 years of experience in cloud or software sales, combining leadership abilities with deep technical knowledge.

The role is based in Seattle and offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $110,000 to $164,000, plus bonus, equity, and benefits. As a Field Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for building and leading high-performing teams, developing executive relationships, and driving business growth strategies.

  • Lead account strategy in generating and developing business growth opportunities

Requirements For Field Sales Manager II, Startups, Acquisition, Google Cloud

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 10 years of experience with quota-carrying cloud or software sales, or account management at a B2B software company
  • Leadership experience, such as people management, team lead, mentorship, or coaching
  • Experience working with, and managing, cross-functional internal teams
  • Experience working with Startups or Digital Native organizations
  • Experience managing and leading a team
  • Ability to manage business and commercial models
