  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 10 years of experience with quota-carrying cloud or software sales, or strategic account management at a B2B software company
  • Experience in leading, such as people management, team lead, mentorship, or coaching
  • Experience working with cross-functional internal teams and external partners
  • Experience managing and leading a team
  • Experience working with Startups or Digital Native organizations
  • Ability to manage business and commercial models
