As a Field Sales Manager for the Public Sector, you will lead a team of Field Sales Representatives (FSRs) focused on public sector accounts across Australia and New Zealand. This role combines strategic leadership, relationship building, and business development.

You'll be responsible for managing and developing a high-performing sales team, working with C-level executives to understand their unique challenges and goals. The position requires a strong background in technology sales and leadership, with the ability to drive organizational transformation and deliver results.

Responsibilities For Field Sales Manager, Public Sector, Google Cloud

  • Lead a team of Field Sales Representatives (FSRs) and build an inclusive growth culture

  • Lead account strategy in generating and developing business growth opportunities

Requirements For Field Sales Manager, Public Sector, Google Cloud

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 10 years of experience in technology-related sales or business development at a B2B software company
  • Leadership experience (people management, team lead, mentorship, or coaching)
  • Australian Citizenship (essential)
  • Must obtain NV1 clearance under Australian Government Protective Security Policy Framework
