The position requires a strategic leader who can build and maintain C-level relationships while driving business growth through Google Cloud's innovative solutions.

The role involves leading a high-performing sales team, developing talent, and exceeding business goals while ensuring customer satisfaction. You'll be responsible for understanding clients' technology needs, growth plans, and business drivers to create effective solutions. The position requires collaboration with Customer Engineers and Google Partners to develop new opportunities and guide customers through their cloud journey.

Responsibilities For Field Sales Manager, Startups and Corporate, Google Cloud

  • Lead a team of performing Field Sales Managers (FSRs) and build an inclusive growth culture
  • Build executive relationships with customers and understand their technology footprint and strategy
  • Lead account strategy in generating and developing business growth opportunities
  • Represent your territory in business planning, town halls, and team meetings
  • Travel to, and present at, customer meetings, conferences, and other related events

Requirements For Field Sales Manager, Startups and Corporate, Google Cloud

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 10 years of experience with quota-carrying cloud or software sales, or account management at a B2B software company
  • Experience in Leadership, such as people management, team lead, mentorship, or coaching
  • Experience managing and leading a team
  • Experience working with Startups or Digital Native organizations
  • Ability to manage business and commercial models
