Google Cloud is seeking an Enterprise AI Infrastructure Field Solution Architect to support their sales teams in deploying Google Cloud's AI/ML accelerators (TPU/GPU) for various enterprises. This role combines technical expertise with customer-facing responsibilities, requiring deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure and AI/ML technologies. The position involves working with top customers to optimize their AI infrastructure, conduct benchmarks, and develop migration strategies.

As a Field Solution Architect, you'll be at the forefront of helping organizations leverage Google Cloud's AI capabilities. The role requires expertise in distributed training, performance optimization, and working with various ML frameworks. You'll be responsible for designing large-scale training and inferencing platforms, while also serving as a trusted advisor to customers implementing AI solutions.

The position offers competitive compensation ($147,000-$216,000 base salary) plus bonus and equity, along with comprehensive benefits.   • Become trusted advisors to top customers, helping them understand and incorporate AI accelerators into their cloud strategy
  • Demonstrate Google Cloud differentiation through POCs, feature demonstrations, and performance optimization
  • Build repeatable assets to enable other customers and internal teams
  • Influence Google Cloud strategy at the intersection of infrastructure and AI/ML
  • Travel to customer sites and events as needed

Requirements For Field Solution Architect II, AI Infrastructure, South, Google Cloud

Python
Kubernetes
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 5 years of experience with cloud infrastructure
  • Experience with distributed training and optimizing performance versus costs
  • Experience coding in Python, bash scripting, and using OSS frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Jax
  • Experience with orchestrators such as Slurm or Kubernetes
  • Experience building and operationalizing machine learning models
