Geo Auto Forward Deployed Engineer

As a GEO Auto Forward Deployed Engineer at Google, you will be responsible for the technical relationship of our automotive partners, especially for our GEO products integration. You will lead efforts to enable Google Map and Automotive Software Development Kit (SDK) integration on partner's in-vehicle infotainment systems. You'll triage issues raised by partners and resolve them effectively. This role involves managing automotive partner relationships, driving issue resolutions, representing partner requirements to inform product development, and working closely with teams across Geo Auto, Geo Developer, and Android organizations. You'll need expertise in system design, programming, technical troubleshooting, and managing internal/external partners or customers. Experience with Navigation technologies and Android Auto is preferred. Fluency in Japanese is required for this customer-facing role that involves interactions with local stakeholders.
