Responsibilities For Global Process Manager, Finance Experience

  • Design and manage scalable, controlled, and compliant processes for customers
  • Manage daily operations and own vendor engagement ensuring that performance and quality goals are met
  • Derive insight through analysis and customer feedback to drive process efficiency, cost optimization, and product excellence
  • Partner with key stakeholders, engineers and vendors to improve complex financial processes
  • Lead projects with cross-functional impact, risk identification and mitigation
  • Support the clear customer experience strategy for Finance focused on customer journey

Requirements For Global Process Manager, Finance Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or Operations, or equivalent practical experience
  • 4 years of experience in management consulting, or an operations-related function; or 2 years of experience with an advanced degree in business, accounting, or finance
  • Experience in Finance Operations; payments, electronic billing, order-to-cash process
  • Experience running large, cross-functional projects that span offices, teams, geographies
  • Ability to lead, plan, execute and deliver on projects in a timely manner
  • Ability to successfully manage complexity and multiple priorities
  • Excellent influencing skills and change management experience
  • Excellent problem solving and analysis skills, with impeccable business acumen
