Description For Group Product Manager, Gemini Alignment and Integrity

In this role, you will work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. You can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development.

As a Group Product Manager for Gemini Alignment and Integrity, you'll be working on a conversational AI tool that enables users to collaborate with generative AI and help augment their imagination, expand their curiosity, and enhance their productivity.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Owning PRDs by overseeing collaboration with partner teams (e.g., engineers, program managers, UX) during product design.
  • Owning and overseeing definition of product roadmaps.
  • Owning development and securing buy-in for product ideas that identify, define, and support the overall product narrative and direction.
  • Overseeing validation of market size and opportunity (e.g., user-based, strategic opportunity, business growth).
  • Leading the team through defining, identifying, collecting, and tracking product or business metrics, both quantitative and qualitative for new or existing products or business ventures.

This role requires a blend of technical expertise in AI/ML, product management skills, and business acumen. You'll be at the forefront of developing and launching cutting-edge AI products, with a focus on alignment and integrity. Requirements For Group Product Manager, Gemini Alignment and Integrity

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 10 years of experience in product management or related technical role
  • 5 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch
  • Experience developing or launching products or technologies within AI/ML or a related area
