Responsibilities For Group Product Manager, Home Cross-Surface and Growth

  • Develop, communicate, and execute the strategy and roadmap for Google Home Cross-Surface and Growth
  • Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration
  • Collaborate effectively with engineering, UX, marketing, and other stakeholders
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities to create cohesive user experiences across surfaces
  • Drive user engagement, subscription growth, and improve retention and churn within the Google Home ecosystem
  • Establish and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and analyze user feedback

Requirements For Group Product Manager, Home Cross-Surface and Growth

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 10 years of experience in product management
  • Experience developing product experiences for connected home devices and ecosystems
  • Experience building consumer apps and driving consumer businesses
  • Experience driving subscription-based products and growth strategies
  • Experience working in a large, complex, global organization with international teams
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
  • English proficiency is required
