Google's Product and Tools Operations team (gPTO) is seeking a Business Solutions Architect to drive innovation in Google's Ads products. This role combines technical expertise with strategic leadership, requiring 12 years of experience in web technologies and project management. You'll work at the intersection of technical delivery and business strategy, collaborating with multiple teams including gTech Support, Professional Services, and Engineering.

As a Business Solutions Architect, you'll be responsible for developing integrated roadmaps that align technical delivery with business needs, particularly in the Data and Tools domain. The role requires deep expertise in Ads ecosystems and customer systems integration, along with the ability to lead through ambiguity and drive data organization initiatives.

Responsibilities For gTech Business Solutions Architect

  • Act as a trusted advisor for the key stakeholders within Google's Ads ecosystem on the Data and Tools front
  • Develop and own an integrated roadmap translating the Data and Tools strategy into a technical delivery plan
  • Collaborate closely with gTech Ads group, gSO and gAPT to create an annual plan
  • Align the current short-term tactical goals with the long-term goals to create a roadmap devoid of business disruptions
  • Work with technical development teams to ensure the strategy is developed and launched across various organizations

Requirements For gTech Business Solutions Architect

JavaScript
MySQL
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field or equivalent practical experience
  • 12 years of experience with customer-side web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript), data analysis, and SQL/MySQL
  • 12 years of experience managing projects and doing technical troubleshooting
  • Experience managing within global organizations with a product portfolio
  • Experience in leading through ambiguity and making decisions
  • Experience in driving data organization and governance
  • Expertise in large Ads ecosystems, Customer Systems and technical solutions integrations
