gTech Ads is responsible for all support and media and technical services for customers big and small across our entire Ad products stack. We help our customers get the most out of our Ad and Publisher products and guide them when they need help. We provide a range of services from enabling better self help and in-product support, to providing better support through interactions, setting up accounts and implementing ad campaigns, and providing media solutions for customers business and marketing needs and providing complex technical and measurement solutions along with consultative support for our large customers.
In this role, you will develop customer focused solutions and platforms increasing scale, reach, and team velocity for all deliverables to customers, sellers, and partners across both Google Customer Solutions (GCS) and Large Customer Sales (LCS) segments. You will help customers and influence future product road maps, built around technical best practices and leading edge technology.
Responsibilities: • Manage a team of Solutions Engineers that develop scaled solutions with the intent of being delivered to thousands of customers across tiers. • Deliver a strategic goal of the organization, establishing close relationships with executive leaders in Product teams, regional groups, and other specialists to ensure strategic alignment on opportunities and customer priorities. • Manage and communicate processes and metrics to enable a highly transparent, credible, and impactful scaled strategy. • Lead the change management on initiatives that drive greater automation and higher efficiency of complex, multifaceted workflows and processes, for both Google and our customers.
