Responsibilities For Incident Manager, Messages Spam and Abuse, Trust and Safety

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Legal, Communications, Public Relations, Trust and Safety, Engineering and Public Policy to resolve escalations
  • Lead cross-functional response to particularly sensitive, high priority escalations
  • Perform responsibilities on a rotation basis, including weekend coverage
  • Manage implementation of incident management standards and protocols
  • Manage or assist in conducting postmortems and incident reviews
  • Manage multiple projects of moderate to high scope

Requirements For Incident Manager, Messages Spam and Abuse, Trust and Safety

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 4 years of experience in data analytics, Trust and Safety, policy, cybersecurity, or related fields
  • Experience in escalation management, executive communications, and incident commanding workflows with excellent communication skills
  • 2 years of experience in Incident Management, Triage or Security Command Center
  • Ability to work outside normal business hours on occasion
  • Ability to lead stakeholders and motivate consensus across all levels
  • Ability to function well in high-pressure situations
  • Excellent communication skills
