Google is seeking a Lead Group Product Manager for Ads Safety to protect users from bad ads experiences. This role involves working closely with teams in Trust and Safety, Public Policy, Legal, Sales, Advertiser Platform, Payments, and other groups across Ads and Google. The ideal candidate will have 10 years of experience in product management or related technical roles, with 5 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch and 5 years of people management experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Owning Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and collaborating with partner teams
  • Defining and overseeing product roadmaps
  • Developing and securing buy-in for product goals
  • Leading the team in defining and tracking product metrics
  • Driving outcomes of user protection across billions of users while mitigating risks for Google Ads

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, with a Master's degree in a technology or business-related field preferred. Experience in creating advertising campaigns, knowledge of online advertising, and interest in accessibility best practices are also valuable.
