Lead Senior Engineering Analyst, AI Safety

Google's Trust & Safety team is seeking a Lead Senior Engineering Analyst for their AI Safety Protections team. This role focuses on developing and implementing AI/LLM-powered solutions to ensure the safety of Generative AI across Google's products. The position involves working with cutting-edge AI technologies, including Gemini, Juno, and Veo, in collaboration with Google DeepMind.

The role combines technical expertise in machine learning, data analysis, and programming with a focus on user safety and trust. You'll be responsible for identifying and preventing fraud and abuse, improving automated systems, and developing scalable safety solutions for AI products. The position offers competitive compensation, including a base salary range of $139,000-$207,000, plus bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits.
