Responsibilities For Lead UX Engineer, Workspace

  • Partner with leads cross-functionally across product, UX, and Engineering to align UX Engineering efforts
  • Guide and develop UX Engineers, providing feedback, coaching, and career growth support
  • Lead prototyping efforts to explore new concepts and validate design solutions through rapid iteration
  • Lead strategic direction of the UX and technical decision-making
  • Provide thought leadership for system/platform-level thinking in front-end UI

Requirements For Lead UX Engineer, Workspace

JavaScript
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 8 years of experience in a technical, UX, or design environment
  • 5 years of experience managing people or teams
  • Experience with HTML, JavaScript, CSS
  • Portfolio of consumer-facing or enterprise-grade products
  • 10 years of experience in a technical, UX, design environment preferred
  • 7 years of experience managing projects preferred
  • Experience with prototyping preferred
  • Ability to develop, test, and launch complex products
  • Excellent data science skills
