Responsibilities For Leadership Technical Program Manager, Product Lifecycle Management
- Implement communications standards across a portfolio of programs including executive and key partner communications
- Establish a reliable and visible cadence for program reviews, decision-making, prioritization, and Resource Stewardship
- Lead a governance structure that drives effective executive decision-making
- Seek out and identify change management opportunities that increase program velocity
- Define/manage a program portfolio solving problems that target high business impact for the organization and product area
Requirements For Leadership Technical Program Manager, Product Lifecycle Management
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- 8 years of experience in program management
- 5 years of experience in leadership role with direct reports
- Experience in hardware product lifecycle management in networking or data centers
- Certification in Six Sigma, Lean, or Total Quality Management environment (preferred)
- 8 years of experience managing cross-functional/team projects (preferred)
- 5 years of supervisory experience (preferred)
- Experience in supply chain, operations or manufacturing environment (preferred)
- Experience managing teams in a complex or high tech environment (preferred)
