Requirements For Leadership Technical Program Manager, Product Lifecycle Management

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 8 years of experience in program management
  • 5 years of experience in leadership role with direct reports
  • Experience in hardware product lifecycle management in networking or data centers
  • Certification in Six Sigma, Lean, or Total Quality Management environment (preferred)
  • 8 years of experience managing cross-functional/team projects (preferred)
  • 5 years of supervisory experience (preferred)
  • Experience in supply chain, operations or manufacturing environment (preferred)
