Responsibilities For Logistics Synchronization Program Manager

  • Partner with teams across the organization to align delivery dates, optimize processes, and drive complete network improvements
  • Perform ongoing and ad hoc TMS activities, including troubleshooting, configuration, carrier on-boarding, and data-driven analysis
  • Review short-term forecasts and proactively identify and address capacity risks
  • Leverage data analytics to identify opportunities for operational efficiency, performance improvement (OTIF), and cost savings

Requirements For Logistics Synchronization Program Manager

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business, or equivalent practical experience
  • 2 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or Planning
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects
  • Experience with data analysis and SQL
