  • Manage and develop a team of Technical Program Managers, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment while providing mentorship and performance feedback
  • Oversee the execution of multiple concurrent NPI programs for OFE products, establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing teams to ensure seamless product introduction and delivery
  • Ensure robust supply chain strategies and ramp readiness activities are in place with internal teams and external partners, managing product transitions from development to production
