Responsibilities For Mechatronics Engineer, Data Center, Automation, Electrical Engineering

  • Design industrial automation and robotics equipment for Google data centers
  • Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, control systems, and software engineers
  • Set technical direction, lead projects, and plan strategic work
  • Define electrical system architecture of automation solutions
  • Write system specifications, test plans, theory of operation, operations manuals

Requirements For Mechatronics Engineer, Data Center, Automation, Electrical Engineering

Python
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 3 years of experience designing and testing multiple subsystems and systems
  • 3 years of experience with industrial electrical control system components and system design
  • 3 years of experience creating and reviewing electrical schematics
  • 3 years of experience with project leadership
  • Experience programming industrial automation and robotics
  • Experience building, testing and troubleshooting equipment
  • Experience with standards-based practices in safety and electrical
  • Experience conducting task based risk assessments
  • Experience in designing and manufacturing Printed Circuit Board Assemblys (PCBA)
  • Experience in software development (C++, C#, or Python)
