Google is seeking a New Product Introduction (NPI) Operations Program Manager to join their Technical Infrastructure team. This role is crucial in driving operations, new product development, and supporting products through production ramp. The ideal candidate will be the primary Operations/Supply Chain interface to development and deployment teams.
As an NPI Operations Program Manager, you'll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish, working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres, requiring strong coordination and communication skills.
The Technical Infrastructure team is responsible for building and maintaining the architecture behind Google's product portfolio, including data centers and next-generation Google platforms. This team ensures that Google's networks are up and running, providing users with the best and fastest experience possible.
Key responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, planning and executing operations development activities, managing ramp readiness, and optimizing the supply chain while accounting for risks and changes in demand or schedule.
