Partner Engineer, Security, Google Cloud

Google Cloud is seeking a Principal Partner Engineer specializing in Security to join their team in São Paulo. This role is crucial for growing and supporting the Google Cloud security partner ecosystem. With a required 10 years of experience in cloud architecture, the ideal candidate will work closely with Partner Development Managers and Partner Engineers to enable partners with technical knowledge in security technologies and solutions.

The role involves leading cybersecurity focused efforts, understanding technical solutions and capabilities of partners, and recommending the right partners to customers. You'll be instrumental in helping partners succeed through various phases including proof of concept, data migration, application migration, and deployment, ensuring they have full access to Google Cloud's resources.

Key responsibilities include enabling partners in prototyping, demonstrating product integrations, recommending integration strategies, and building technical assets. You'll also work on developing Google Cloud-specific solution documentation, joint technical articles, webinars, and whitepapers.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience with cloud architecture in a partner-facing role, strong presentation skills for technical and executive audiences, and deep knowledge of cybersecurity solutions. Experience with Google Cloud solutions, virtualization platforms, and networking security concepts is highly valued.
