Google's Technical Infrastructure team is seeking a Principal Engineer to lead critical initiatives in AI, Trust, and Security for their Site Reliability Engineering organization. This role sits at the intersection of cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and security, focusing on building and maintaining Google's next-generation platforms.

  • Experience in technical leadership and setting technical direction for engineering projects
  • Experience in architecting, designing, and developing distributed systems

  • Leadership experience in security, reliability and resilience space
  • Experience leading engineering projects at executive level within multinational organizations
  • Experience partnering and leading by influence across organizational boundaries
  • Understanding of compute, networking, application stacks, and supporting technologies
