  • 10 years of experience with database security best practices
  • 10 years of experience leading technical initiatives internally and externally
  • Master's degree or PhD (preferred)
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • In-depth knowledge of database technologies
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Track record of ideation and innovating technology at scale
