Description For Product Manager, AI Security

Google Cloud is seeking a Product Manager for AI Security to drive innovation in enterprise Generative AI security. This role focuses on developing and delivering robust products that protect infrastructure, data, applications, and AI/ML models on the Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The position involves working with Model Armor, Notebook Security Scanner, and future security products.

As a Product Manager, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, designers, and marketers to guide products from conception to launch. You'll be responsible for analyzing market needs, positioning products, and ensuring the roadmap meets customer requirements to make GCP the safest platform for AI implementation.

The role requires deep understanding of cloud ecosystems, security challenges, and AI/ML technologies. You'll work directly with customers and multiple GCP teams to define Go-To-Market strategies and drive product innovation. Responsibilities For Product Manager, AI Security

  • Understand the cloud ecosystem, markets, competition, and user requirements in depth
  • Drive projects through their entire lifecycle (requirements, design, development, launch, landing)
  • Work collaboratively with Engineering, User Experience (UX), Marketing, Business, Legal, and other cross-functional teams on cutting edge technologies
  • Develop innovative solutions to some of the world's hardest problems by collaborating as needed across regions, product areas, and functions

Requirements For Product Manager, AI Security

Kubernetes
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 5 years of experience in product management or related technical role
  • 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch
  • 7 years of product management experience building, launching and landing products (preferred)
  • Experience in security or Artificial Intelligence (AI)/Machine Learning (ML)
  • Experience with pricing, packaging and launching Stock Keeping Units (SKU) with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience with enterprise software
  • Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority
